It looks like any type of pants that you put on under the Wazir Pleat shows through on the hip area and in many cases also on the thigh area, so the Wazir Pleat would need to be wider around the hip and/or thigh area to accommodate anything worn underneath. People also like to wear this kind of clothing with their armor and the same problem occurs with that combination.
