Wahesh Tooth - Wahesh scales

Please note that Wahesh Scale is going to be exactly like Khaffash bone/Jaw.
It is going to HoF on every loot, as you can see in my log i got discovery AND rare item HoF on same.

Tooth is clear though.

Kaffash Bone and Thawr Horn both started like that, before having their Rare-Item-Global status changed.I'd expect the same to happen here.
