Actually a kinda amazing update! Love the robes, REALLY REALLY wish they could combine with suit stat wise and the spine stat wise. That gun if UL is also 79% then makes it the best eff UL item from a PP that isnt a unity weapon.

And if the UL is 79% eff then it's now the best lower hunting gun.

We hear you, and others, loud and clear regarding combining the Elder Gods Robe with the Elder Gods Suit and the Shub Spine, but unfortunately we have to work within the confines of MA's system regarding what slot on the avatar items are assigned by the system.

You can wear the Shub Spine with either the Elder Gods Robe or Elder Gods Suit, and you can also wear either with armor. However, the armor helmet will override the hood on the Elder Gods Robe.

There are restrictions as well that we have to adhere to, but you know that where we have more flexibility, we will explore that for the most optimum outcome.

I updated the first post with a couple more comments about the Elder Tributes and repeatable hunting and mining missions for clarity, and added the 3 Mawlood Graduate (L) item info screens since the weapon was discovered.

I speak with Valeria on Dsec9 and Thana on Toulan and just got two missions DSEC Christmass Gift and Toulan Christmass Gift. Both are active now. They gave me nothing. What I need to do?

You don't do anything, those are not Christmas missions, they're a buff gift, and each one gives different buffs. Look in your inventory, they should be there behind one of the tabs, I forget which one.

In my Items on account site doesn't found neither Red Buff Cracker no Green Buff Cracker. Same in log files. On any reason they doesn't gave me gifts. Think it's a bug.

UPD. Idk how it's work but after tp to Monria and then tp to Pyramid in DSEC9 I got both Red and Green Buff Crackers.

And one moment - when i tried to get gifts on Toulan I has in my inventory more then 200 items. I think it was a problem - I can not get items from npc with overloaded inventory. After that I moved to Monria with Yamato without relog. Then I emptied my inventory and tried with Valeria. But maybe still has a problem. And only after relog I finally got gifts.

Oh of course, I'm not blaming you all at all, I know this is a Mindark thing, especially with their buff system being EXTREMELY busted right now, but this update is insanely encouraging and very excited to see more =D

There is still a rare and undiscovered (UL) version of this weapon.

Do we know if the rare UL gun is an item that can drop in mob loot and is tied to a specific mob or can it be looted on any mob? Or is it from an instance / wave event?

That information is revealed when players loot the items.

You were able to share that the scope (and the aps/shops etc) drop from the DSEC9 pyramid wave event though. Isnt that the same?

Edit: nvm. It seems the info about the scope got added to the initial message after it was found...

The possibility of being able to loot the UL Sight of Cthylla from the Pyramid event boss was announced in the VU 23.3 release notes, and the items looted from the Pyramid event mobs that could be traded with me for an estate deed was announced in the VU 23.4 release notes.

To follow up on what Shadow shared, and so that everyone is aware ... each VU day we are prepared to get in game as soon as the VU has been implemented to start collecting data about missions and other things so that we can get it posted at the forum as soon as possible. This is what Shadow does as soon as she has the data.

With the Elder Robes mission chain, as soon as someone reached a new level Elder Robe, we got screenshots of the new requirements and Shadow posted the relevant info under each of the Elder Robe sections in those threads she shared the links to so we can keep all of the expanding info in one thread related to the Mountain of Madness church location, and one thread related to the Toulan church location.

Initially, Dea was instrumental in getting the info for us since she was the one who completed the mission first to get the final Elder Robe.

Tedros Daemonos has now been capturing the screenshots for the expanding portion of the mission chain since he has his final Elder Robe so that it can be added in the threads Shadow shared.

I work with amazing volunteers who are a tremendous help in getting important info to the community as quickly as we can. We appreciate them greatly.

Ok so the thing that I didn't realise was that when you do the elder tribute hand in for the robe you keep the tribute tokens which makes the whole thing much more appealing yay
