You'll receive a friend request from the Monria Fleet Manager, and after you accept it, you will be added to the Yamato guest list and sent an invite to the Yamato chat channel.
Make sure that you have all planets and space downloaded to prevent a disruption during travels. Before you log into the game, click on the "Tools" link at the bottom right of the Client Loader to see what's downloaded and what's not.
Also, make sure to do your 8 posts in the test thread in order to see our Shoutbox at the forum on the right side just down a bit. This is where we communicate with our Yamato passengers during the travel schedules. The instructions for doing this are also at the bottom of the first post in this thread as well. Follow the instructions exactly.

I can't find you in the player registry, which means you are probably on Incognito, and I can't add you to the Yamato guest list until you take yourself off Incognito.

I know that Crimson is your wife, but she should really create her own forum account and sign up so that she can do the 8 posts to be able to see the Shoutbox if she ever travels on her own, but that's your call if you two are working together.

You can travel on our Mothership, the Yamato, during any of our Friday or Sunday warp schedules to go to a planet such as Calypso. Read the following information for more clarity. Also, you don't have to fly up to the Yamato. During warp schedules, we send out a summons 15 minutes and 5 minutes before leaving a location. The first summons at Monria during our warp schedules is at 19:45 game time and 19:55 game time and leave Monria promptly at 20:00 game time.
