vehicles on toulan

it is posible to spawn and use vehicles on toulan outside of the space arrival area

It looks like the southern edge of the map is just outside the No-Vehicle area.

Right after launch it was possible to use vehicles in a pretty big section of the desert WNW of the Citadel, but that was 'corrected' in an early patch.

i kinda expect this to get fixed fast too, specialy now that i posted a vid

but ill have to go back there with my boat next ;)

I think it's always been possible to spawn boats. I'm hoping that we'll have more islands to explore, with boat trips between them.
