Upgrading The DSEC Armor

Once you have acquired your Access Card, your Laptop 01 and found yourself some DSEC Armor you can upgrade it in the Holoroom.
-- /wp [DSEC9 , 36097, 20235, 103, Waypoint]
-- You can upgrade your Laptop by accepting the laptop upgrading mission by the workstations in the Holoroom.

Here is what you need to upgrade your armor.

Adjusted DSEC Armor​

Required: Laptop 01
Workstation computer level 1
Mission: Upgrade DSEC Armor



Parts needed:

• 1x 500GB HDD
• 1x RAM 4GB
• 1x Flash Drive 1GB
• 2x DSEC Armor - of choice

(You will need to do this for each piece of armor)

Improved DSEC Armor

Required: Laptop 01
Mission: Upgrade DSEC Armor Adjusted



Parts needed:

• 1x 1TB HDD
• 1x RAM 8GB
• 1x Flash Drive 2GB
• 2x Adjusted DSEC Armor - of choice

(You will need to do this for each piece of armor)

Modified DSEC Armor​

Required: Laptop 02
Mission: Upgrade DSEC Armor Improved



Parts needed:

• 1x 4TB HDD
• 2x RAM 16GB
• 2x Flash Drive 4GB
• 2x Improved DSEC Armor - of choice

(You will need to do this for each piece of armor)

Augmented DSEC Armor​

Required: Laptop 03
Mission: Upgrade Modified DSEC Armor



Parts needed:

• 1x 8TB HDD
• 1x RAM 32GB
• 1x Flash Drive 16GB
• 2x Modified DSEC Armor - of choice

(You will need to do this for each piece of armor)

Perfected DSEC Armor​

Required: Laptop 04
Mission: Upgrade Augmented DSEC Armor



Parts needed:

• 1x 12TB HDD
• 2x RAM 32GB
• 3x Flash Drive 16GB
• 2x Augmented DSEC Armor - of choice

So to clarify, you need 2 exact pieces, at the same upgrade level, and in return you get 1 upgraded piece back?

Yes, you will need 2 of the exact pieces at the same upgrade level. Needs to be the same gender pieces too.

So to get the Adjusted DSEC Armor Arm Guards (M)
You would need

• 1x 500GB HDD
• 1x RAM 4GB
• 1x Flash Drive 1GB
• 2x DSEC Armor Arm Guards (M)

To get 1x Adjusted DSEC Armor Arm Guards (M)

Then you will have to do it for all pieces of the armor

...which also means one needs 32 pieces of plain vanilla armor part to create 1 perfected armor part.

HDD are looted and rare.

RAM + Flash Drives
You can convert 100 damaged rams for a none damaged ones by speaking to Steve and you can do a daily mining mission from Simon

yes all mobs in the DSEC9 (the first section of the map) can drop the HDD
- Bots CB
- Talus
- Fury
- Otis
- Synthwave mobs
