As suggested in #toulan chat I made a support ticket:

My account is created on Monria. I am now doing the Toulan missions. After finally getting 20 tabtab tooth the NPC Faiza instructs me to try to craft Mawlwood Armor and tells me to use the Blueprint she just gave me. Problem is, I did not receieve the bleuprint.
A representative of VS told me (I believe it was Kendra, in the #toulan chat) it was a bug and that I had to open a support ticket.
Can you help me? Thank you in advance.
