Toby mission bug

[Fighter BlueSky Robot]

Hi. I cant access craft Toby mission. Is not appear sign "!" on his head, so I cant take his mission. Last time when I did this mission was 2 weeks ago. Relog and leaving from planet and comming back dindnt resolved the problem.
How can I do this mission again?

I spent time with him in the game on this while standing at Tobie and nothing seemed to work. The yellow exclamation on Tobie was there for me, and I also asked him about the cool down period and the last time he had done the Monria crafting mission ... he said 2 weeks. He also said that the mission wasn't listed in his mission log.

He tried relogging, going to the Monria SS and back again, and it was still the same, so I have no clue what the issue is unfortunately.

hmm ... I also had a similar problem a couple of times, relog helped. Then I do not know...

Bug was repaired, I dont know how. Now I can do Toby mission.

It does that to me too, probably because i am off Monria, land, and go straight to Tobi.
Waiting ~5 to 10min in the Hub makes the "!" appear.
