Since our UL gear is new, i was wondering:
Why dont Toulan UL gear required Toulan ressources to tier up?
Is that a MA thing?
Had to buy Blausaurium BECAUSE! (have to blame someone) @Heidi Stassinopolis didnt have any in her shop!
UNACCEPTABLE!
Still is it a valid question, or a MA thingy?
Still, the tier was done.
First Toulan real UL stuff thing.
