Teleport II Chip (L) Found on Yog

I recently spoke with an avatar who looted a Teleport II Chip (L)
Wanted to put this out there as it is important to have teleport ability in the Craters to move around.
Will put up a screenie if needed but thought all were aware of what they looked like..

err.. tp chips level IV [L] also drop from the bigger ones in the cave at the end.

Can definitely confirm. I found a { T.P. II (L) chip} on Arbitrator yesterday without any global needed. Just 5 ped and decent loot (24 Ped total) which is pretty good I think.
