Just so you know ... as long as you have a sell thread here at the forum, you cannot also list this on the in-game auction because you would then have people bidding in two places and it would cause an issue.

It seems she already sold the apartment to Crusader ... he just let me know in the game that he bought it from her. He might have PM'd her about it, not sure, will have to ask.
