As all the small apartments from Mirsal were already sold/claimed and some might have missed the opportunity to acquire one, I have done some small thinking and came to the conclution i do not need a apartment on Toulan as i have the one on Monria.. So i decided to set mine up for sale in case others wish to make use of the benefits of having a Toulan apartment..
No rush to sell so will set start bid at 2k and BO at 3k..
