I’m doing the mission chain on dsec9 after jus arriving here I’ve got meet derelict but now I’m stuck nothing at the waypoint so ran down into cave an none of the interacts in there did anything, does anyone know what I’m supposed to do

The mission chain should be working properly, I don't think anything is bugged, but have a look at the following link to see if any of the information is helpful ... I know you have to move around in the cave in order for things to work, but there's a terminal there that you need to click on at some point ... read the following info and see if that helps any.
