so i would like to settle down and make monria my official home in game and am willing to trade my calypso apartment and even pay some ped for a monria one...or if the price is right ill just buy it outright


my offer is my caly apartment + 650 ped

or trade my Herman RAW-202 tier 5 (about 1.9k mu on gun id say... i was the first ever to get to tier 5)
