Check Legends armor shop at the Cthulhu Tower, Shop 3.
If he doesn't have any in stock, then PM him in game and maybe at the forum too to see if he can get it.

I looked in every store on the moon, legends has male Gremlin,.. so I spent the day shopping on caly but coming home and ask the locals(plus monria's stores are so much nicer)
