Learning to Craft No BP

Trying to complete the mission, I received no BP from the NPC. So I have the teeth, but I can't do anything with them.

What should I do?

It appears there was an issue with latest patch for the "Learning To Craft" mission by NPC Faiza. The first part of the mission stopped after collecting the golden teeth.

The issue is now resolved, please proceed to talk to Faiza and you will continue with the missions.
