It's a universe wide issue. I even had a invisible melee boss in battle simulator. In game tho a relog will reveal your invisible nemesis
They might be retaliating against you Negated from standing on top of the crate of Yoghurt a couple days ago..lol. But I also had the problem of an invisible Kerb attacking me on Caly about a week ago so as Imp mentioned, it's probably a general bug that is universe wide.
