Having blue screen issues again ... would like some advice please.

Not that long ago, I started having blue screen issues:

• I was running Win 8.1
• Malgar helped with a lot of things
• all my drivers were updated, especially my NVidia Graphics Driver
• I updated to Win 10 Pro

Everything worked fine for a while until today:

• first blue screen error code was --> IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
• I went to my Device Manager to make sure all drivers were up-to-date
• the AMD SMBus driver was the only thing that needed an update and Windows did that
• I did a troubleshoot for incompatible programs
• the only thing that was added recently was the One Drive Streamer ... I have uninstalled it
• second blue screen error code was --> KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

At this point I am at a loss:

• my blue screens only happen when I am in the game
• should I uninstall and re-install Entropia Universe?

Any help with this would be appreciated.

make sure you use gforce experience to update drivers. Also you can check integrity of install by opening up command prompt in admin mode. type in sfc /scannow and hit enter, it will check files and fix them. Note there is a space between sfc and /scannow. also do disk cleanup to clear any shader files and such. I alsp upgrade from 8.1 to 10 pro and this helped immensely. Oh and I also have set in nvidia control panel to use nvidia setting for graphics, when I used let program control I had no luck.

I went through the processes you suggested SK, and so far so good ... it did show that I had corrupt files and fixed them.
