Forum upgrade and import!

I'm going to be putting the forum into maintenance mode shortly to perform some upgrades and import the Toulan forum

After the magazine is done and published, I will jump right in and do the reorganization of the forum so that information has a flow to it and will be easy to find what you're looking for ... it's nice to have everything in one forum now, and this forum software is so much easier to work with all around, so I'm very grateful that Ant did this.
