Ever wondered what is under the strange Jelly zone?

Thru the wonderous equipment called a flying carpet i was able to see what was hiding under the surface.
Seems like a yellow liquid substance, could it be liquid nawa radiation or liquid Jelly?

Even though Jelly Zone is undoubtly the ground zero of all the things as we know it, the water all around that area appears normal.
I would not drink it, but it looks normal.
