It's constructive to report what you find as issues that you experience during your game play, because that gives us opportunity to look into it, but let's please refrain from being accusatory toward MA when the facts are not in hand.
Any number of variables are at play when these things happen, so it's not easy to say out the gate what caused it. There is a level of intracacy that is not readily seen, so it can take time to sort these things out.
Complaining or pointing fingers without evidence to do so helps no one, but sharing your experiences constructively and bringing them to light does, so please continue to do so.
