Finally got the crown. Kinda curious though, the buff says "Skills in constructing items other than tools and garments increase faster" and the crown says "Skill gain - Item Construction by 15%".

To me this is a bit confusing. Are weapons covered? Armor? Enhancers? Vehicles? How about Textures, or carpentry? Does anyone have a definitive answer?

Congratulations for the Crown!
I never tested it properly but I usually craft Textures and sometimes Components, Armors and Attachments.... looks like that the skill bonus works for everythimg

In my interpretation this does not cover weapons, armor or vehicles. It works for enhancers though and also components.
