Christmas mission error

I did the Christmas mission, and when I went to the second phase of the mission in the middle of it it broke and I was left with a lot of items that I had collected, I spoke with DME (I attached images of the errors) she told me that I came back to Do the mission, when I do the mission again, it does not give me the mask (I also attach images of this) I would like them to solve it for me and I would also like to have some kind of compensation for this, since between the articles and the time From the first time, the items and the time from the second time, money and time is wasted and on the second try, I literally deliver 5ped of items without getting anything, which seems a bit unfair as it was always a mistake that I had with The mission.

They have deleted the photos because I did not have to publish them, so now I have to explain everything, I started the mission normally and delivered it in stage 2 when I was going for 500 items it was erased and disappeared, I asked and they told me to continue that it was going to be solved , I got to collect more than 1k of items and the problem was not solved.
I spoke with the gm and he told me to start the mission again and unfortunately by this point I had accepted my loss of time when gathering the items, then he started the mission again and when delivering the 500 items the mission did not give me anything. I ended up bothering a bit since I only come from problem to problem, the GM asked me to post in the forum so here is a quick summary of what happened

The photos deleted were the personal Discord chats we had about your mission issue that I was trying to help you with. It is against forum rules to post any personal communications. This is why I said that it's best to explain your experience as to how it happened with the photos you had, which were added in your first post. If there are other photos to add to them, then you can include them as well if it helps to understand what the problem was.
