Seems that the maturity of mobs has changed a bit. They are old to alpha in the zone that was suposed for the mission of Young Caboria. Also seems that the maturity of other mobs has raised too.
Yes, they definitely changed the maturity level. I did that mission 3 times and there were only Caboria Young, Mature and Old in the area. Probably they nerfed the mission since getting 3 pec aim per day from killing 30 young was too imba.
