Blueprint: CUHOF key 1

Hello.
As per all available information, "CUHOF key 1" blueprint suppose to be available from
Technicians.
I checked few of them (not all yet), however i am unable to find this blueprint.
I think that should be fixed asap.

that is due to one of the latest patches changing how instances work. read last patch notes

"...Nawa Shard (refined from 2x Nawa Fragments)...
Ether i am stupid, or there is NO Nawa SHARDS or Nawa FRAGMENTS...
Can't see this resource anyway (Not search good enough?)
Nawa DROP - from mining, convert to Nawa VIAL.

i have yet to find nawa fragments while mining too, but i am using the tt finder so that might be playing a part ;)
If you want i could sell you some cuhof one keys at TT price if you want to check it out. They keys can still be used to enter.

I am happy to buy the all keys. I can use them
