Are there soc terminals here on monria? i can't find them.

Yes there is, go to main terminal (not main crater), walk through the lobby door, turn right and go up the stairs, there is a construction facility etc, and on the left is a soc terminal.

You also have limited access now to the soc terminal via your friends list, but you need at least 1 friend in the soc you wish to interact with to access the screen.
