I really love the Monria apartments. The design is great, and they are quite spacious. I also love giving them away to our community members. They are quite coveted, and we are slowly but surely building an amazing community family who have homes.
And speaking of that, I was invited to check out a couple of apartments that were decorated recently after winning them, and I was amazed. I had to take screen shots and share them with everyone. I'll tell you what, for being guys
, these two gentlemen did a fantastic job, and it is quite inspiring.
By the way, I was handing over the deed to Raine who won an apartment in last Saturday's event, and we went to see Sidekick's apartment after. We decided to have dinner there while he was out (he left us a snack) of Bombardo and Carroot. Thank you SK.
When I was viewing Izzy's apartment and capturing screen shots (I love photo shoots), he surprised me with a little gift. I'm more of a giver than a receiver, so it's always a little difficult to accept gifts, but this was quite special, and I'm very appreciative of his generosity. I have a new pet, which I will give a proper name.
I only have a few pets, but all but one was gifted me. Anhithe in the very beginning when we took over the Moon gave me a Tazmanian Devil (I named him Taz), Kendra gave me a cute Bunny (can't name yet), I got myself a Chirin Dragon, and now I have the Sapphire one from Izzy.
I just have to find some Nutrio Bars now to feed him, and give him a lot of affection. :clap

I love to see how people decorate their apartments, because it's inspirational and gives some good ideas as to what's possible in the way of creativity. I'm thinking I might need to hold an apartment decorating contest in the future. I think I might need to nudge Anhithe a little to start crafting more furniture, because I'm going to have to start decorating my place pretty soon too. I want to have pool parties, and rowdy weekend nights. I want to shake the rafters with DJ Izzy spinning tracks, but not too much that the pool leaks.
