I think yes, I posted 1 to 8 and I turned off and on, how it looks like the "shoutBox" any screenshot or some clue?

The Shoutbox is clearly identified in pretty big letters on the right side of the forum just down a bit.

Your posts are now public, so "shut down" your browser completely and then open it up again. Then log back into the Monria forum ... you should be able to see the Shoutbox on the right just down a bit.
