You can buy them from an npc at the dam cliff outpost. You have to buy it once with mirsal tokens. Once you have it you don't have to buy it anymore.

i got it i did mission finally i got way how to get socket 3 components and Adrenal oil (which still isnt fix on Ark planet) for my armor on Ark planet tnx a lot going to get other tokens for other smaller instances
