Those mobs cannot be found unless you make them spawn. I gues they might be availeble in the fauna center tho. I will not be checking those out.

When hunting or just swimming underwater you get stuck on the floor alot. (like alot) You can get loose by swimming up most of the time tho. The real annoyence is when the caboria gets stuck and doesn't swim closer anymore, the mob die's quickly so it doesn't have a real chance to go unreachable...

small update, i removed all my daily missions and retook all from the terminal and it seems i have none of the daily's you should get for the mk2. I have not checked if i can get the daily cuhof ones yet and don't plan to unless you would like me too.
