This was reported to me yesterday by SkullDuggery and I tested every TP to try to go to the CUHOF Cave TP and none of them worked. I was also told that there was lag at the Citadel so I tested that out too and there was not only lag, but jerky hesitation as well. I discovered this in other areas...
