Rumor has it that in the next vu that if you have the Cthulhu plushie, the Otis plushie, and A Spell from the ElderGods in your inventory you can interact with the altar in the pyramid and sacrifice your Shub Spine along with 13 Shub Skulls and 100 Shub Skin in exchange for an Enchanted Shub Spine that has the carry capacity and an additional 20m autoloot. Wow that's crazy.
