Teleporting to some areas around the Temple puts player in the floor

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Get within range of Teleport Chip to the Temple in the PVP Zone
2) Activate TP Chip (ie Teleport 2 Chip)
3) Click location at this spot --> [Planet Toulan, 134512, 90533, 157, Waypoint]

Observed Results:
Player Avatar ends up beneath the floor unable to move or jump

Expected Results:
Player avatar appears on the "building" floor

Notes:
Had to teleport again to get unstuck

Same scenario under Burj Al-Hawa tower. Teleport chip. Though i could swim in the underworld and get through the ghost grounds to get back on land.
