Once you have your access card you can speak to Simon by Engineering and he will give you the daily mission!

Heads Up ... as mentioned in the Nov 30th VU release notes, the picking missions from Adrienne and Simon were removed ... all required items can now be acquired in normal loot.

Thing is, I checked in on Simon and Adrienne and the dialogue is still available, but at the end of the dialogue, it doesn't add the quest to your Tracked Missions. I'm going to make some edits regarding this info, but I want to chat with Ant and Kendra first to see what they have to say, and how this info should be presented so that it isn't confusing.
