Problem with DSEC: The Creed of Cthulhu II

Hello,
i completed DSEC: The Creed of Cthulhu I and got back to Jeff Swanson, but he doent offer DSEC: The Creed of Cthulhu II Mission to me. He stays totaly silent. Same with Angeli Toob, she dont react tome too after i finished Mission I and trying to get II.
Anyone has the same Problem and know how to fix this?

That mission was part of the Iron Missions, but after Codex was introduced, the Iron Missions were no longer available. This is true for all planets.

However, if you had an Iron Mission active at the time of transition, you are able to complete it.
