Monria Citizenship

Hi All,

I noticed that Monrian born avatars get 3X points for hunting/mining missions.

I suggest offering the 3X points (or possibly 2X points) to Monria property owners. This would encourage purchase of property (I noticed that there is property for sale in Akoz's hub shopkeepers). In particular, this may increase apartment sales. This change could make Monria more inclusive for those who cannot make a new avatar.
