The issue regarding some Gold Card users not being able to use their Security kit has been resolved.
All cards effected are being updated and will be cleared for access shortly.
If you've deactivated your card and would like to activate it again, please file a support case under Account and Fund transfer - Gold Card.
Same applies to those who needs their cards synced.
