Did I just screw up?

I used a key 1 to start the daily for CUHOF 1.
I did not get teleported into the instance and I need a new key to enter.


I have some energy that I can use but did I just loose my key?

sounds like it bugged this has been happening unfortunately if you want to post this in bugs section maybe it will get more attention? i recommend only using energy cells they seem to be the most reliable way of doing cuhof

Ive lost attempts too on my old keys, but attempts were ~5 years old, so could have been anything....
Send support ticket to get your key refunded, thats worth a try.
