Cuhof something missing?

I've been doing lots of cuhof 1 again. (gotto get that adjusted baraka)
Today i got 2 improved loot messages and the loot was just standard, not even any carpet/tinctures/nawacore.
I think it has been brought up before, but was unable to find it.
Just putting it out there incase it has been forgotten about ;)

Ya its a general MA problem.
You basically get the banner, but it has an absolute zero effect.

It happens in any sort of instance, universe wide.
