Cooldown on the Bahri daily quest

Would it be possible to change it to a 20 or 22 hour CD? Most of the dailies are on a shorter CD and given the time it takes to clear it and my schedule, I usually only get to do it once every couple of days instead of daily.

Any reason it is on a 24 hour CD unlike the other dailies?
